Azizur Rahman is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in engineering, consulting, sales, product management, and strategic business development. As the Founder and Managing Partner of ZMAN Consulting, Azizur leads a boutique advisory firm that delivers strategy-led, security-focused, and innovation-driven consulting services to organizations operating in complex, regulated, and mission-critical environments.
Throughout his career, Azizur has helped global enterprises and public sector organizations navigate the intersection of cyber-physical security, IT-OT convergence, supply chain resiliency, and AI-enabled transformation. His expertise spans strategic advisory, cyber-physical IAM, GRC, and Zero Trust architectures, OT/ICS and IIoT security integration, AI/ML strategy for predictive analytics, SAP BTP and cloud ERP integration, and Industry 4.0-driven digital workforce transformation. He is also highly regarded for his ability to strengthen supply chain security and operational compliance across critical sectors.
Prior to founding ZMAN Consulting, Azizur served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development & Strategy at AlertEnterprise, where he led strategic partnerships with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and IBM. He was instrumental in advancing solutions that integrated physical security, identity management, and cyber risk across critical infrastructure sectors. He also held key leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, Stanley Security, and InControl Simulation, where he delivered large-scale transformation programs spanning MES, SCADA, PSIM, digital twins, and smart infrastructure initiatives.
Azizur earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University and is an active member of the InfraGard National Members Alliance, an FBI-affiliated nonprofit promoting public-private collaboration on national security.
He is widely respected for his human-centric approach, strategic foresight, and ability to bridge the gap between executive leadership and emerging technologies to enable secure, scalable innovation.
